Picture does not do it justice!
This is one well made knife that is impressive to hold! I own other brands of forged knives(henckels, tramontina professional, and calphalon) and the Mundial is equal to the best of them. This knife is razor sharp and when you pluck it, the blade rings like a sword. (a sure sign that there is quality high carbon stainless steel with the proper rockwell hardness) I would buy these over the henckels or wustohf anyday, because there really is no meaningful difference in quality, but the price certianly is better for the mundials.
