Millstone Colombian Supremo Coffee Beans 5lb Bag

GOOD COFFEE -- BUT IS IT BETTER COFFEE?
IN A NUTSHELL: THIS IS EXPENSIVE COFFEE -- BUT IS IT WORTH THE EXTRA COST?

Millstone considers this particular variety to be a medium roast variety, but I found it to be somewhat on the lighter side. I think I prefer 'Yuban Columbian' due to each heavier yet not bitter taste, but this 'Millstone' coffee could easily be gotten use to.

AFTER TRYING IT SEVERAL TIMES:

Upon trying this coffee several times I have concluded that it is necessary to make it with less water than is suggested if you are looking for a more full bodied brew. If you like the lightness of it as is, then this will be a good though expensive choice.

THIS IS HOW THIS BLEND IS DESCRIBED AT THE MILLSTONE WEBSITE:
"Hand-picked from Colombia's mountain ranges, this classic coffee is distinguished by its full body, rich flavor, and medium-high acidity. It's perfect for drinking any time of day."

BOTTOM LINE: MY CHOICE WOULD BE 'FAIR-TRADE - CERTIFIED ORGANIC'...
