Look instead for "Krups 046 Carafe".
Amazon does have the Moka replacement carafe, as I write this anyway, listed as "Krups 046 Carafe". (It's over $42.)

it was a perfect fit, and it was exactly what we needed. i can read the numbers on the carafe again.
Krups Carafe replacement
It was great to be able to purchase this replacement carafe for my Krups Moka Brew. Even better would be the chance to find another Moka Brew for relatives who love the coffee that it brews.
